MIRA METAL OFFERINGS

1. ELECTRIC CONTROLLER BOX

Metal electrical control enclosure or panel box, likely used for housing electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, or wiring terminals in industrial, commercial, or outdoor settings.

The powder-coated steel construction provides durability and corrosion resistance, common in NEMA-rated enclosures for protection against dust and moisture.

This type of controller box could be used in industrial settings, automation systems, or specialized equipment like electric vehicle chargers, depending on the internal components.

  • Full Metal Body
  • Environmental Protection
  • Easy Fit to Cycle
  • Water resistance

Key Attributes

  • Material : Typically constructed from CRCA, Aluminium, or Stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The enclosures will be powder coated (As per Customers requirements) for UV protection and aesthetics.
  • Color and Finish : This will be as per customers’ requirements for heat reflection and visibility; often powder-coated to prevent rust and fading. Internal parts will be zinc plated to prevent corrosion.
  • Mounting Options : Includes screw holes or brackets for wall, pole, ground, or mounting brackets; the image shows corner screw points and a side slot for secure attachment.
  • Weight and Portability : Lightweight (5-20 lbs empty) for easy installation; reinforced with skid channels for pad-mounting.
  • Weatherproofing : Rated for outdoor use with standards like NEMA 3R/4/4X (protects against rain, snow, sleet, windblown dust, and corrosion) or IP65/IP67 (dust-tight and water-resistant).
  • Mounting Options : Includes screw holes or brackets for wall, pole, ground, or mounting brackets; the image shows corner screw points and a side slot for secure attachment.

2. SOLAR INVERTER BOX

A solar inverter, often referred to as a solar inverter box due to its enclosed, box-like housing, is a critical component in photovoltaic (PV) solar energy systems.

It converts the direct current (DC) electricity generated by solar panels into alternating current (AC) electricity, which is the standard form used by household appliances, commercial equipment, and the electrical grid.

They come in various types suited for residential, commercial, or off-grid applications and are typically mounted on walls or the ground.

  • 2.3KW, 5.5 KW and 12.5 KW
  • Weatherproofing and IP Rating
  • Ventilation and Cooling
  • Cable Management and Entries
  • Durability and Security

3. EV Charging Station Enclosures

EV charging station enclosures, often referred to as protective housings or cabinets for electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE), are specialized structures designed to safeguard the electrical components of EV chargers from environmental hazards, unauthorized access, and physical damage.

These enclosures are essential for both residential, commercial, and public charging setups, ensuring compliance with standards like NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) for weatherproofing and safety.

  • Thermal Management
  • Cable Management
  • User Interface and Controls
  • Smart and IoT Integration

Key Attributes

  • Security and Tamper Resistance : Features reinforced doors, anti-tamper locks (keyless or tamper-proof), and secure mounting to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access to electrical components.
